Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, sales events, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Kevixa is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, courier restrictions, or incorrect address details, the courier may make additional delivery attempts.

If the package is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages
